Open the member portal → "Manage billing" → cancel. That's the whole process. Your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and no further charges occur. We never require a phone call, chat, or email to cancel.
If the Vault isn't for you, cancel during your 7-day trial and you won't be charged the 9.99 monthly rate; if you want your .99 trial fee back, email [email protected] within those 7 days and we'll refund it — no questions. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new issue has been published in that billing period, but if something went wrong (double charge, billing error, couldn't access the portal), tell us and we'll make it right.
If a renewal payment fails, portal access pauses immediately and your member spot is held for 7 days while you update billing. After that the spot may be released to the waitlist.
