Operating your membership: authentication, billing, sending your credentials and service emails, tax calculation based on your billing location (via Stripe Tax), and fraud/abuse prevention. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our email delivery provider process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Account records are kept while your membership is active and for up to 7 years afterward as needed for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we'll delete everything not legally required to retain.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected] — we respond within 45 days. We do not discriminate against members who exercise privacy rights. Listings in the member portal are compiled from public government records (court dockets, county auction sites, and property appraiser records). Publishing public records is not subject to consumer privacy opt-outs; the service does not provide consumer reports and may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions (see our Disclaimer).
